About Us

Music For A Bigger Reason

Highlands SoundFest is a volunteer-run regional music festival. We put local artists on real stages and send 100% of festival proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our Mission

We believe a weekend of music in the mountains can do more than sell tickets. It can pay for a scan, a night of housing, a tank of gas for a family driving hours to treatment.

So we keep the operation lean, lean on donated time and in-kind support, and hand the rest to St. Jude — where no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

Our Goals

01

Fund the Cure

Every ticket, sponsorship, and merch sale is routed straight to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital so families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

02

Champion Regional Sound

We build our stages around the artists of these hills — folk, soul, bluegrass, and everything the region grows on its own.

03

Grow The Gathering

Our goal is a festival that gets bigger and gives more every single year, powered by volunteers, neighbors, and local partners.
